Book an appointment

1. A 40% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be paid in order to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied towards your service, the remaining balance is due at your appointment. The deposit is NON TRANSFERABLE, meaning your initial deposit is for your initial appointment.

2. Please arrive on time, after 15 mins your appointment will be canceled. You will be asked to reschedule the appointment and you will be charged 50% of the service to the card on file.

3. All cancellations/reschedules must be made 24 hours before appointment time. If appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service to the card on file. A new deposit is required for a new appointment. Your initial deposit is for your initial appointment.

4. If you NO CALL & NO SHOW, you will be charged 75% of the service and will have to pay 100% of any other service upfront. If you NO CALL & NO SHOW on an appointment that was prepaid for, 30% of the total will go towards the NEW appointment. The remainder of the service needs to be paid at time of service. If you NO CALL & NO SHOW more than twice you will be ban from booking!

5. NO extra guest or children allowed unless being serviced

6. When booking intimate wax services please book based upon your genitalia.

7. If you are booking for someone else it is YOUR responsibility to let them know of the Policies.
